A Constructive Girl Born Six Decades Back Before I was Born
Anne Frank, a girl writing in her diary in the middle of harsh circumstances of Germany. This was six decades back from my birth, when education in my country and even hers as well was a far off dream for girls.
At that time, she wrote her diary away from the people and the political and tough circumstances of Germany.
She died at fifteen in 1945, the year in which the world war was ended. She is known as a diarist and not a novelist. The dream which didn’t fulfilled because of the harsh circumstances of her life leading to her early death at fifteen.
For me, her life is a story of a human being who gave her best in the abnormal or extremely tough circumstances of Germany amidst war.
Anne's diary is a reflection of the same.
In isolation away from the people, she chose to write. This gave birth to her diary. Her diary is the representation of human strength to do something constructive in a non-constructive environment created by the game of power, war and extreme hate.
