If I had wanted my comeback I would have wiped it from that filthy cavern you call a mouth. As it is, I don't think anyone cowardly enough to hide their face behind a tacky ski mask has any right to insult me whatsoever about my choice in headgear.

"And I told you to play it safe. If you are allowed to do this, I am allowed to make you jump this once." He snorted, turning his nose up as he shifted closer and pressed his nose against the Sniper’s neck.

"I know I… haven’t said this lately, but… I think I may have overreacted." Dangling one arm over his shoulder, he raised the butt of his lit cigarette to Mike’s mouth as a peace offering.

He plucked the smoke out of Amoux' hands and pu it between his own lips. Well, if that was the case, he'd just quietly occupy himself with the cigarette for a moment.

"Hmmhmmm."

He wondered how long it'd take for Amoux to protest his silence.

Amoux stared at the Sniper quietly, Now that he'd managed to calm down, he'd finally come to terms with this. Mike was about as safe as any mercenary in the business could be, and he was nearby. They didn't have to run to that shack in order to be safe. Grumbling faintly, the Spy thumped his chin down on Mike's shoulder after creeping up on him. "What do we do with that poor excuse for a barn, hmn?"

Mike flinched a little - he'd told Amoux time and time again he didn't like being sneaked up on.

"Get a horse. Oi always wanted a blood horse. Also, Oi told yew not to sneak up on me."

"Mhn?" Amoux raised his gaze when he heard the Sniper calling for him. At firs, he was confused as to why exactly the Sniper was waiting outside. Hadn’t he given him the key?

The Spy pursed his lips, momentarily thinking back to their last meeting. No. Now that he thought about it, he’d been far too preoccupied to actually give him the key to the back door. “Oui.” He unlocked the door swiftly and tugged the door open. “Get inside.”

"Yeah yeah...." He stepped in, shrugging. Well, he was waiting. If Amoux had anything to tell him, he would very much appreciate it if he went on with it already. He may not look like it, but he was tense, and just al ittle nervous.

"So.... wot did yew foind out, exactly? Let's hear it."

About an hour after he'd parted ways with the Sniper, Amoux finally arrived in an unmarked car. He lingered outside, hesitant to even step foot outside of his vehicle. But, he sternly gathered himself up and finally made his way to the front door. As he unlocked it and stepped inside, he slowly ran his tongue over his lips. "Bushman?"

Mike had spent most of the time outside his van, not entering the house, but had eventually moved to stand on the front porch, a cigarette clutched between his teeth. He was at his third when Amoux came up.

"... Amoux?" He spat out the rest of his smoke and tried to get the man's attention without startling him.

"… What are you even talking about?" Was Mike drunk? He had to be, otherwise his actions wouldn’t make any sense. Coming around here like was was ludicrous. He was lucky to have gotten by whoever was on guard duty, let alone get this close to the base without anyone seeing him.

"Talk. Quickly." When the Sniper tried to extract himself from his grip, Amoux held on for a few seconds more, just until he was sure that the security cameras wouldn’t see them.

"You need to get out of here."

"No no, Oi'm foine. Oi'll be foine, just lemme explain fer a second, roight?" He backed against the wall,shoulders flat against the metal. This wasn't going to be easy to explain.

"Oi'm thinkin' of joinin' yew. Loike. Move on over to BLU. Oi talked to Paulin' an' all that. She's gonna try and figure stuff out. But."

He held up a hand, "Oi moight also die. Admin moight not loike me changin' colours."
