Joyhound Plush Complaint
Unfortunately, the Joyhound Pineapple Plush had not met the quality that you had claimed it to be. Despite its aesthetic and soft appearance the toy was defective in a way that it was not able to accomplish the promised durability that it is said to have as it serves as a chew or play toy for dogs. Please note that the dog that had played with the Joyhound plush is a size of a young maltese pup, one that does not have fully grown adult canines and yet the plush on its first day had already broken off the seams and had the stuffing protruding out of some areas of the plush.
I would not only appreciate but also request not only do you replace or refund the plush toy that I had bought but to pull out the plush and anything similar to it, to check the quality of these said toys. This defect could seriously affect the dogs that could encounter it as they could ingest the cloth or cotton inside of the plush and the material used for the plush itself.
