KircherBurkhardt and BurdaCreative merge to form new C3 agency with EUR 59m in sales
The two German content marketing companies KircherBurkhardt and BurdaCreative have joined forces in a new agency called C3. Subject to approval from the antitrust authorities, the new organization will be commencing activities before the end of 2014. Hubert Burda Media and the two founders of KircherBurkhardt – Lukas Kircher und Rainer Burkhardt – each hold a 50% interest in the new company.
