Long-Term Goals
I hear these are Important to have. So:
- I will gain or maintain at 120-25 pounds (I’m 5′2, and need the weight for any future flare)
- I will drink 7 glasses of water per day
- I will cut my refined sugars and grains
- I will eat fruit once a day
- I will be able to sit with my legs flat on the ground
- I will do my PT daily
- I will be able to do an hour of cardio
- I will improve my frame and isolations
- I will be able to do 20 push-ups
- My jaw will not pop
- My shoulder will not ache
- I will meditate twice a week
