Pomni is 25, a few years into her PhD in geology; she hates it. Her supervisor gives her the opportunity to complete a season of research at a station in Antarctica. There she meets a group of biologists who co-opt her into their group against her will, including Caine. He's loud, talkative and loves his research.

She hates the station, her research and Caine.

Especially Caine.

She is very much not interested in Caine.

Office au where the buildings elevator is suddenly out of order (THANKS JAX N RIBBIT) and now Caine is looking at a very long and painful day because that is several flights of stairs he'll have to take at least twice, and thats if he skips lunch. Or maybe he can get something ordered in? He's seen Zooble order things for Gangle when she's swamped and too busy to take her breaks...

But then there's Pomni.

"Here," she scoops his load bearing arm over her shoulder, taking his aid in hand. "There's no way I'm letting you destroy yourself like that this early in the morning."

Kinda 50-50 if I wanna have her help him like that or just scoop him up and carry him because she's secretly Jacked and he's surprisingly compact when he's flustered
