Part 1 - Contextual Enquiry and Ethnography - Wooden Cluster. Around 30 micro, small and medium enterprises have been studied across Ambala. The idea was to formulate a need analysis report for the cluster and conduct workshops, discuss various concepts, business and new value propositions with the owner and industry personnel.
