pirates? do you have a pirates au yet? did you write about pirate captain obi-wan and merman anakin who comes aboard for six months a year? arty is right this very difficult. zookeepers? obi-wan runs the reptile house and anakin runs the petting zoo. does that sound like something you'd write/have already written?

as for zookeepers omg i've never even thought about that!!! i do not like reptiles that much tho i think i would make obi-wan do something with big and dangerous cats :> who just adore him. meanwhile anakin is adored by all the small soft animals who he adores in return. anakin is terrible at his job though because he has absolutely no patience for the little children who come into his petting zoo and pull at the bunnies' tails or the goats' horns. absolutely awful with the kids. better with teenagers, who can be reasoned with, but not the little kids.
anyway obi-wan comes over one day to the petting enclosure because he's pet sitting his friend's kid's rabbit and if he kills it, his friend and his friend and anakin apparently are going to kill him
anyway whatever whatever basically they just end up coparenting a rabbit for a month while obi-wan's friend is out of town. and they end up falling in love.
duh.
