In 2016, Andrew Arruda gave a rather surprising TED talk. In that presentation, he expostulated how AI was going to not only revolutionize his legal practice and his profession but how machine learning was going to make the scales of justice more balanced — taking the subjective and personal biases out of the equation and making the process truly objective. He talked about all the ways AI was a breaking point, something that in 2016 with the introduction of document automation software was just getting started.
Today, with the introduction of the court AI-powered lawyer Andrew’s prediction seems to be coming true. Currently, automation is seizing the world by the throat, and businesses are investing heavily in it. The tip of their spear, in many cases, is document automation software and the benefits it gives them for their contract lifecycle management process.
