John Knoll's Creating the Worlds of Star Wars: 365 Days gives us some good looks at the screens used on the Trade Federation battleship Saak'ak's bridge. Also an interesting tidbit of information, that the screens are intended to be "machine readable" - barcodes and info designed for easy machine interpretation, but not necessarily intelligible to human (or Neimoidian?) eyes.
The second photo is a close-up of the miniature model set, showing some of the non-animated control panels beneath the large viewports in the underfloor area.
