How does Control work in your cartoonverse?

Im glad you asked! Control actually didnt really exist in the cartooniverse until recently, tbis provided the first opprotunity to draw them and start playing with their design!

They dont play as big of a direct role! They're moreso like.... an announcer when theyre directly involved in the story, and everyone has to run official paperwork and junk by them

But usually, you mostly just hear them over the radio or their name mentioned in passing
