Thankfully, the interview to move into the new home that he would share with the person he was supposed to look after had gone smoothly and so he was busy packing his things. The librarian didn't own a whole lot and everything was stored away in a couple of boxes rather quickly.
About a week later, it was time to move everything out of his old place and into the new. It would be different because now he wouldn't have a place to himself anymore, other than one room he was going to call his own, the rest of the rooms, however, except for his roommate's room, were shared rooms. Despite being rather quiet, Joohyun was quite sociable and enjoyed interacting with people, probably due to the nature of who or what he was and so far, people had easily taken a liking in him as well so he hoped that it would be the same with his roommate.
Packing all the boxes into his boss's car, they drove to the new apartment which also was a lot closer to the library he worked in which, of course, was another bonus. Once they found a suitable parking spot, Joohyuk carried all the boxes into the elevator with the help of his boss before he thanked him for his help and sent him off. After reaching the right floor, he took all the boxes out and placed them in front of the apartment door before he gave it a knock as he didn't have the code for the lock yet.
