Day 16 - Ojo to home It truly has been an amazing 2 weeks and a whirlwind of a trip. We know where we want to go next and spend time. Next summer we are thinking another two weeks to the SE of us. But not a stop every day. While we got to where we cleared camp in 10-15 minutes, moving every day is crazy. Well, if we have gone 13 days without any issues, we are incredibly lucky. Our stop in Pagosa has been cancelled as the 416 fire has shifted and closed 550 for evacuations. We could make it, but it's about a 6 hour backtrack over the pass and I'll pass (hahahaha, see what I did there?) "According to the map, we have gone 4 inches!"- Harry Dunne Day 13 - Green River to Silverton It was a nice drive and then Red Mountain pass. Good thing Hwy 1 have us some practice. The 419 fire has the valley hazy, but we had a great time in Silverton - a couple of breweries and Shangri-la soaking pools. It was a great experience. Highly recommend it!!
