When: Present Day Where: Star City - Veidt Enterprises Building With: Adrian @smartestmanintheworld
The world was changing yet again. Heroes were no longer outlawed, mutants were freer than ever and, perhaps, he finally had a chance to reconnect with people he’d considered beyond his reach lest his family step in. Alph remembered Adrian, three years his junior but incredibly smart. He’d struck Alph as a little shy but he’d been glad enough to talk to him and Alph recalled him sharing some brilliant ideas on the betterment of society.
He’d been the kind of man Alph would want to keep a relationship going with. It had been over half a decade since they’d last run in the same circles but he’d never been one to shy away from an opportunity. So he’d pasted on his best businessmen facade and walked right into Star City’s Veidt Enterprises Building, asking the receptionist if Mr. Veidt would have a moment to speak to Mr. Alphonse Talbot. Whether his last name had worked on the secretary he wasn’t sure but they agreed to pass on the message so he waited where he was, looking idly out the window and planned the many tasks he’d need to complete once his visit was over.
