There were some places along the coast of Hollow Grove one couldn’t get to without swimming, this made them discouraging to many and therefore, a great deal more suited to shyer wildlife. Those were the species Chou needed to check up on today; so he’d once again left early, grabbing his swimming shorts and made the brief swim out and around to get to the cove he was aiming for. It was never fully flooded, even when the tide was in, but constantly damp enough to be a great environment.
Chou heaved himself out of the water, ran a hand through his dripping green hair and doubled-checked he simply equipment was still secure in the drawstring net-bag attacked to shorts before moving further inside and coming to a stop, seemed another man had beaten him here. He paused and stared for a moment before evenly saying, “Good morning. I didn’t think anyone else came to this place.” No matter, he could just as easily do his work with someone else here.
