Looking back on the Wolverine: Origin miniseries, it's honestly shocking how casually cruel & abusive the chef at the mining camp, Cookie Malone, was towards young James Howlett.
Also, that bottom panel of Cookie on the second page is legitimate nightmare fuel, and it has lived rent-free in my head ever since I first read Origin over a decade ago!
