Life Update pt.2

Okay so.

The final placements took place yesterday and the official result is - I did not get into med school.

Yup. It didn't happen.

I knew this was probably gonna happen a few weeks ago though. So the worst of the disappointment and the crying and the sorrow is behind me. At the moment I'm mostly numb. (Although seeing doctors in tv or in real life makes me really uncomfortable now for reasons I cannot comprehend...)

I had applied for a different course as a back up at a couple of other universities and I got in. So starting tomorrow I'm going to be going to college for a BSc in Biotechnology.

And that's that. Yeah I'm disappointed and honestly a little ashamed that i spent a year to prepare for this it just didn't happen but I've decided that i can't waste too much time wallowing in self pity and so i will be going to college from tomorrow with as much excitement as i can manage.

Tbh my intellectual self esteem has got an all time low and it will probably be a while before I'm confident about my own intelligence and capabilities. But i will get there eventually I guess.

I just want to thank you guys for all the support and love and encouragement. It honestly mattered so much to me.

This studyblr will definitely continue to remain active. I will be posting mainly my notes, bullet journal and any other productivity and study related thing that I come across.

Life Update!

Hey guys! I know, I know, it's been a long while since I've put anything up here. My life has been a hectic mess. And I've been trying to sort through some of it as best as I can and I figured I might as while compile my thoughts here cuz it's about time I got back to my blog.

Well, I got my results back from my entrance exam and it was, as expected, quite disappointing. But oh well, I'm waiting for the selection process to begin to find out which college I will be alloted.

I've started going back to dance class after a two month long break for studies and thank god I'm back. I had no idea how much I missed it till I went back for that first class.

Even after the college selection process (which lasts till about mid July) I still have a long time till college begins ( which will be in the first week of September maybe? ) I will be using this extra time I have to focus on dance maybe some art and painting (which also I miss), lots of reading, maybe write some fanfiction for my fan blog and just overall taking the time to catch up with real life that I had put on hold for these exams.

As for this blog, I will definitely be more active here now - atleast two posts a week maybe?

I'm nervous as heck for the college selection process cuz there's a legitimate chance I won't get the course I want but I can't do all that much about it now other pray I guess. We'll see how the next few weeks go.
