There is nothing more satisfying to me or enjoyable than spending a few quality hours in the kitchen cooking.  I love to cook, stray from a recipe and make my own interpretation of something.  There is a such a sense of accomplishment when everything turns out better than you had envisioned.  There is also nothing better than sharing your masterpiece with the people you love.  Today, I am very thankful for my love of cooking, having a few hours to spare to cook up something new and a good friend to share it all with.
