The health care up here is good! One time I suffered from a virus that made it hard to breath, literally I had trouble breathing indoors. So, I got sent to the hospital, and I was helped out!

Cheap? More like non existent so long as you pay taxes. Health Care isn't free up here, but for every tax you pay, a little bit goes into funding medical care.
