Mungkin masih ada beberapa bug dan kadang suka keluar log error, tapi gak terlalu bermasalah kok, silahkan coba sendiri. Jangan asal flash Gapps, nanti gk bisa update OTA gara2 ada file yang hilang atau berubah. Yang ini udah coba di sesuaikan, jika ada yang bisa memberikan yang lebih baik, silahkan ditambahkan.

XDA-Developers untuk Coolpad F1 / Micromax A310 / Himax Polymer Octacore http://forum.xda-developers.com/a310/development [Baca thread terlebih dahulu sebelum install ROM – Do With Your Own Risk!!] Disini ada MIUI 7 Global yang sudah di porting ke Micromax A310/A311 yang seharusnya bisa untuk Himax juga, tapi ane masih belum coba. Untuk yang disini kemungkinan tidak ada OTA offcial update, namun itu kembali lagi kepada orang yang porting apakah memberikan update rutin atau tidak.

Optional

Bagi yang merasa memory internal terlalu sesak ketika menggunakan MIUI 7 ini, ane udh coba beberapa metode yang mungkin bisa mengatasi hal ini. (sebelum dengan method ini free internal memory hanya sekitar 1 GB, namun setelah menggunakan ini bisa dapet sekitar 3 GB available internal memory. Entah kenapa file MIUI mengembang terlalu besar saat boot pertama kali)

Flash ulang Himax ke stock ROM menggunakan YGDP (Yulong General Download Platform) file bahan dan tutor bisa didapat di drive google ane http://j.mp/MIUI7Himax

Root, Pasang Custom Recovery, dll

Baru proses instalasi MIUI dimulai –> Download full stock rom, beserta ota update berikutnya (kalau sudah punya tinggal install saja)

Disini ane menggunakan TWRP 2.4.4

Wipe dalvik & cache, wipe system, factory reset (TIDAK USAH WIPE DATA dan Internal)

Kemudian check apakah partisi Data, dan System sudah dalam keadaan kosong (0 nol) atau belum (Bisa dilihat pada menu backup – nanti akan ada informasi mengenai volume partisi)

Jika sudah kosong bisa lanjut flashing. Karena menggunakan TWRP, kita bisa menggunakan batch install (install banyak sekaligus) 1. Pilih Full Stock ROM MIUI, 2. Kemudian dilanjutkan install Gapps dan Patchnya (optional – jika tidak ingin menggunakan Gapps bisa di skip), 3. Selanjutnya pilih ota update berurutan (misalkan full ROM di 5.8.22, maka ota yang dipilih 5.8.27, 5.9.6, 5.9.11, dan seterusnya harus sesuai urutan)

Kemudian Reboot system (disini agak lama sekitar 5-10 menit)

Ikuti step-step setup awal seperti biasanya

Pada awal-awal Gapps akan terasa error, maka selanjutnya harus dilakukan update Google Service. Caranya buka saja google play games, nanti akan otomatis meminta update Google service ke versi yang lebih baru. (Pada step ini sebaiknya dilakukan setting pada Download, dan value Download diubah menjadi Unlimited, Xunlei download engine bisa dimatikan atau dihidupkan (Optional – sesuai selera)

Setelah itu bisa dilanjtukan ke setting selainnya yang ada pada menu Stock Settings (Sound, dll)
