These Buffalo Chicken Sliders with Cool Ranch Slaw are a delightful twist on classic sliders. The spicy buffalo chicken patties are complemented by a creamy and tangy cool ranch slaw, making for a perfect combination of flavors. They are great for parties or as a quick and delicious dinner option. Ingredients: 1 lb ground chicken. 1/2 cup bread crumbs. 1/4 cup buffalo sauce. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 12 slider buns. 1 cup coleslaw mix. 1/4 cup ranch dressing. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 tsp garlic powder. 1/4 tsp onion powder. 1/4 tsp dried dill. 1/4 tsp paprika. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional. Lettuce leaves for garnish. Sliced tomatoes for garnish. Sliced red onion for garnish. Instructions: Put buffalo sauce, salt, black pepper, ground chicken, and bread crumbs in a large bowl. Combine well. Form 12 small patties out of the chicken mix. Set the grill or pan on medium-high heat. The chicken patties should be cooked for three to four minutes on each side, or until they are done. Add shredded cheddar cheese to each patty and cover it until it melts in the last minute of cooking. Put the coleslaw mix, ranch dressing, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, paprika, and cayenne pepper if you want in a different bowl. Mix the cool ranch slaw together. Spread some cool ranch slaw on the bottom half of each slider bun before putting them together. On top of the slaw, put a buffalo chicken patty. Add lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion slices on top. Put on the top half of the slider bun and use a toothpick to hold it in place if you need to. Serve right away and enjoy!
