            with  homework  and  last  minute  cramming  for  tests  behind  him  ,  barom  can  officially  participate  in  the  debauchery  that  comes  with  homecoming  weekend  .  it’ll  be  his  last  much  like  a  slew  of  other  students  ,  so  he  was  determined  to  make  it  a  good  one  --  he  starts  off  well  by  choosing  to  go  to  some  off - campus  party  that’s  surprisingly  not  too  stuffy  ,  and  that  probably  has  to  do  with  the  amount  of  people  that  have  trickled  out  to  around  the  pool  .  he’s  sipping  on  a  vodka  and  lemonade  while  chatting  with  a  pretty  girl  with  thick  curly  hair  when  his  eyes  meet  a  pair  that  are  all  too  familiar  and  enough  to  make  him  sick  .  after  a  moment  or  two  ,  his  attention  returns  to  the  girl  who’s  in  the  middle  of  telling  him  about  something  as  he  attempts  to  not  appear  bothered  by  the  presence  of  the  other  .  the  girl  slips  away  to  the  bathroom  and  barom  feels  exposed  ,  picking  at  the  sleeve  of  his  balenciaga  jacket  and  praying  that  the  distance  between  the  two  remains  the  same  . @cooperfm​  !

          barom’s  brain  hasn’t  been  working  properly  since  about  three  that  morning ,  when  he  finally  collapsed  after  a  long  night  fueled  with  the  haze  of  alcohol  and  sex  .  thanks  to  the  encouragement  of  stasia ,  barom’s  night  ended  on  nothing  short  of  a  marvelous  note ,  and  now  he  finds  himself  sneaking  out  of  the  snu  house  in  hopes  that  he  doesn’t  wake  his  conquests  from  the  previous  night .  he  holds  his  sneakers  in  his  hands  as  he  tip - toed  down  the  steps ,  hoping  that  he  wouldn’t  run  into  anyone  so  he  could  make  a  clean  escape .  he  forgets  to  factor  in  that  this  is  a  frat  house ,  and  there’s  always  someone  lingering  about ,  so  when  he  attempts  to  peace  out  through  the  kitchen ,  he’s  greeted  by  the  figure  of  cooper .  it’s  impossible  for  him  to  forget  it  and  he  might  as  well  look  like  a  deer  in  headlights .  ‘  oh ,  murder  me  a  thousand  times ,  ’  barom  mutters  dramatically  as  he  gains  his  composure .  ‘  um ,  good  morning .  ’
