Alright guys. I have a desperate situation I heard about today.
There’s an Australian shepherd that needs help bad! His owner never feeds him or waters him. Today it reached 94 degrees. Many people have called the cops about this baby but no one will do anything.
Tonight I’m going to get pictures of him and plan on taking them to the sheriff myself. If they still won’t do anything I plan on offering the owners some money for him. If that back fires. I’m at a loss.
Can anyone help me with what my next step should be?
