Situated on Harcourt Street alongside many other bars / nightclubs, it is known for attracting students throughout the weekdays and over 21s on the weekend.
Copper Face Jacks first opened in 1996 below the Jackson Court Hotel and has grown massively throughout the years. It has three floors of music and dancing, an outdoor smoking area and several bars. With its location and facilities, it is easy to see why it is Ireland’s most highly rated nightclub.
If you are looking for Irish people from outside of Dublin, Copper Face Jacks is where you’re likely to find them. It is known for playing sing-a-long songs so it is perfect for college students to enjoy dancing and drinking with their friends. Without a doubt the best time to be at Copper Face Jacks is during the months of the football and hurling championships, when fans are out supporting their county. Even though ‘Coppers’ as it is nicknamed, is expensive, it has no trouble attracting large numbers of people any night of the week.
Overall, Coppers has everything that young party-goers are looking for. It is the ideal spot to go for some drinks and dance, as long as you are not planning on looking at your bank balance the next day!

The most popular and famous nightclub in the country. Located on Harcourt Street in Dublin’s city centre attracts hundreds of students throughout the weekdays and over twenty-ones on the weekend.
First opened in 1996 at the bottom of the Jackson Court Hotel, the nightclub has grown in popularity throughout the years. With three floors of dancing and music, a large outdoor smoking area and given its location it is no wonder that it is Irelands number one nightclub.
For people from outside of Dublin, coppers is the place that you are likely to find them. The traditional sing-a-longs songs are always blaring so it is ideal for college students to enjoy drinking and dancing with their friends. Its peak time for business is during the months of the football and hurling championships when thousands of fans out supporting their county are in town and looking for some nightlife. Although ‘Coppers’ as it is nicknamed, is expensive, it still does not struggle to attract big numbers every night of the week.
