Whatever disagreements they had with Barricade could be tabled for now. The situation had just gotten considerably more critical. Out of the corner of their optic, Nyon had seen something-- just a flash of violet light, really-- that caught their attention. Whatever it was, it left a lingering trail in the air, an unmistakable pale blue wisp of ozone.
Whatever it was knew that they had seen it. Wordlessly, the DJD officer turned their back to Barricade-- with the assumption that he would do the same, allowing the two of them to cover each other’s blind spot.
“This area is known for... unusual events. We must be cautious.”
