In regarding the 'No new Days of Love items' issue

Since I think some of you should know, the reason for the theories of there being no new items for Days of Love (even in beta) is because of somthing TGC did

So yeah, this was SUPPOSED to come in the Days of Love event but got pushed back or canceled.

The reason for this is stated in this post made by a beta leaker from instagram:

So in short,

Kizuna Ai might not return to Sky this year due to TGC not informing Ai OF HER OWN COLAB and promptly getting into trouble due to it.

It also kind of shows why the Days of Love event hasn't been advertised as much as the Days of Fortune event.

Again, this might come back some day since the files and models are in the live game

meta doesn't allow reporting posts for intellectual property violations and copyright infringement now.

I just did it last week with an Ad that used the Ghibli art style. People using it for funsies and in mass amounts - enough to have the servers "melting" - was bad enough.

Now people are straight up running digital Ads on STOLEN ART. But, I could report it atleast last week.

I tried to do it with a different Ad today. Guess what? Meta simply took it out.

Guess I'll have to DM Miyazaki himself to abide by their "reporting criteria". :))

Well, artists, this is a bad bad time for you to put up your art on ANY meta platform. PLEASE. AI can and will eat up your art and shit it out to some talentless organization to profit off of it.

And you bet they'll make it impossible for you to even sue them.

Been having a wiiiiiiiild time over on Threads. I posted a moderately mardy observation about the ongoing misappropriation of my illustration for ‘To Kill A Mockingbird’. 200 new followers and 700+ interactions later, I’ve discovered people are as pissed off about art theft as I am.

But it’s got me thinking. After 15 years, is it time to lower my guns on this particular piece of artwork? After TKAM I went on to create several international editions, and the cover of Ms Lee’s ‘next’ novel, Go Set A Watchman. I gave talks about it, was featured in the papers and on the radio. My cover’s in the Norman Rockwell Museum, and the original artwork was acquired by Harper Lee’s estate. I also have a precious hand-written note postmarked Monroeville, the content of which I shall never share publicly. And that, quite possibly, is enough.

I wrote a piece exploring why I woke up feeling like this - and it feels like a relief.
