Does anybody know, if I post an original, non-fan related, work on the AO3, if it's protected? I'm considering posting some of my poetry and short stories there but I don't want any of it being stolen or published elsewhere. I've tried doing research on it, but my comprehension decreses severely when reading things written in legal terms.
