Is it possible to add a colorfull border at your bubble tab? Not the whole thing, only the piece you have to press to open it. :) x
So you mean that you want the border around the tab only when it's closed correct? In that case you just add border: 1px solid #000000; under #tabs and you can change the width in px, the style (solid dotted dashed double etc) and the color #000000
