Since I haven’t talked about her yet, here are some fun facts about Cordelia!

Cordelia Malcolm:

The first time she read Wuthering Heights, she thought Heathcliff and Catherine were the most romantic couple ever.

When she re-read it years later, she realized just how wrong she was.

She’s always hated her freckles, at least until Malachai kissed constellations across her body and told her she was beautiful.

Her first day as a nurse, she realizes she has a thing for doctors.

(More specifically, a certain doctor…)

She vowed never to return to Riverdale, but that was another promise she’d never be able to keep.

Her and Naomi became best friends when Naomi kicked the ass of a guy who made fun of her in the lunchroom of Southside Middle School.

When Malachai found out about it, he told Naomi he’d taught her well and told Cordelia she was welcome in their house at any time.

She got her first tattoo at the Ghoulie’s shop when she was 17.  

While she never became an official Ghoulie, the little skull tattoo on her hip means that she’ll always be under their protection.

This really, really makes me want to start working on Momento Mori.

Favorite holiday and any tattoos for Cordelia

27. What is their favourite holiday?

Cordelia’s not a bit holiday person since so many of them remind her of her less than ideal family situation.  If she had to pick one, though, it would probably be the Fourth of July because she was always able to spend it outdoors with friends.

39. Do they have any tattoos?

She has two (so far).  One is a delicate rose and thorn piece with someone’s name worked in.  The other is a small skull and crossbones on her hipbone that has some particular Ghoulie significance.  She’s very particular about her tattoos, and any future ones would have just as much significance.

1: What does your OC feel is important to be talented at?

Her job.  She’s decided that she’s going to help people as a nurse, and she’s damn sure going to do it to the best of her ability.

5: What calms your OC down the best under severe stress?

Unfortunately, drinking and overworking.  She doesn’t handle stress well, so when it gets bad, she gets self-destructive.

7: What does your OC hate and like about themselves?

She hates what she perceives as inability and imperfection.  She’s incredibly hard on herself, and she always believes she could do better or be better.  She is somewhat proud of her abilities to make a successful career for herself and that she was able to give herself the means to get out of Riverdale.

15: Is your OC afraid of confrontation or do they seek to lay things down on open?

18: What aspect of your OC’s personality or essence do other people usually have a problem with?

She can be pretty judgmental, especially when she feels like people are incompetent or not working hard enough.  She also makes very few efforts to be exceptionally kind to people other than her patients and their families.

23: Does your OC have a criminal record?

For sure.  It’s all sealed because she was a minor, but it definitely exists.

27: What does your OC think about the concept of love?

She knows it’s real, and she sees it every day at her work, but she’s relatively sure that she will never really have it that way for herself.

30: What could make your OC cry? 

She cries more than one would expect, but it’a absolutely always in private.  It usually stems from her feeling out of control in some major way.
