Not long after the release of the RK3066 which is Dual Core 1.6Ghz Cortex A9 40nm CPU and Quad Core Mali400mp4 GPU, Rockchip first planned to release the Single Core Cortex A9 28nm though decided to accelerate the release of the Quad Core 2Ghz Cortex A9 28nm CPU due to the heavy competition mainly from AllWinnerTech.
Not much information regarding the other specifications is currently known.
