HOLYYYY FUCK I went to see part of Alex’s 24hr how-long-athon live and OH MY GOD.

Anddddd Sister Agnes is done! Procrastinating on finals was worth itttt

I originally designed her as an owl. However, after messing around with references, I felt that Isabella Rosselini as Agnes reminded me more of a falcon. A different kind of elegance, if you will.

The black tipped wings could have been done better, but I needed a compromise between anatomical accuracy, contrast in colours, and the simplicity of NITW’s art style (which I felt I was pushing with the more complex patterns on peregrine falcons’ plumages)
