Mental Exercises
I have a three day mental exercises for you.
Day one: Write out the word gratitude and as it's definition, describe what you are grateful for.
Day two: Write out the word appreciation and as its definition, write a letter to someone, it could be a family member, or a friend, or a stranger you bumped into, that describes what you appreciate about that person. This does not have to shared, but the action of expression will change the way you see them from here on out.
Day three: Write out the word character and as its definition, list three aspects of your core character that you are proud of and three aspects you are not. Include a goal of one aspect of your character that you would like to further develop.
