Mateo had lost his date. It was easy to forget that humans couldn’t keep up with him when it came to drinks-- or perhaps the Canadian had been at a disadvantage as soon as he started tossing back shots at the bar. After the third round, his eyes had started to go misty, and another drink later he was out of sight. Seemingly unbothered, the vampire floated through the event. The dress code had been ambiguous, he supposed, eying a werewolf in a fur coat next to a witch in what looked like floor length prom dress. Biting back a comment about Macklemore and thrift shopping, he reached for a glass of champagne from a travelling tray, bringing it to his lips for a sip. “This is nice,” he commented drily to the nearest figure, before letting out what he truly thought. “But when is something going to fucking happen?”

“That’s just not cool!” She watched as another pair walk down the stairs, with smiles and disheveled looks, it was obvious what they were doing just moments ago. Which was not something Ava wanted to know about, especially with knowing that it happened in her home! “Doesn’t anyone have the decency to not do anything like that at another person’s home? Glad that I locked my room door because Gods.”

Hosted by Anastasia Vidalis at the VIDALIS ESTATE.
The Vidalis estate is littered with lights and a soft blanket of snow that has already melted away. The Masquerade is one of the first of its kind, the Vidalis Coven leader sending out invitations to all who wanted to come. Anastasia has ensured only the best food will be served, and the best drinks, as well. The outside of her estate has been created to host the entire bay city, if it needed to. The main hall of the estate will be open to guests who need more to drink or want to escape some of the night air.
A dancefloor will be set up in the middle of the large outdoor garden, with the gazebo lit up for a picture worthy moment as well. The pathway through the main garden and trees fit as a small maze, leading to a few exits or entrances for those who wish to go, or arrive late.
This is a night meant to honor the gods and goddesses that have blessed Greece for centuries. To Chione, the goddess of snow, and Hecate, the goddess of magic.

By some strange popular demand, we present the masquerade everyone desired!
It will be hosted by Anastasia Vidalis at her Greek estate. Everyone will have received an invitation.
There are drinks, dancing, and all sorts of Greek food.
The event in-game will last from Wednesday, January 20th to Sunday, January 31st.
The actual Masquerade takes place only on Saturday, January 23rd, so that will be the date throughout the entire event IC.
