Corkscrew willow
Corkscrew Willow
I am sunburnt, tired, and in pain, BUT it was worth it. I woke this morning to a lovely fog and some spiderwebs dotting the grass, and then I was off to identify plants for the better part of this morning/afternoon. My friend also gifted me some corkscrew willow branches (
For reference, these are what they look like (not the actual branches because I don't dare move):

Day 40: Welcome to the Jungle!
I don’t know why but as soon as I was thinking about what to title this post, I thought of the song “Welcome to the Jungle” by Guns N Roses. This is a picture of a corkscrew willow we have in our side yard. I love how the branches curve. Especially like the thinner one on the left that twists around a thicker branch.
Well, I’m getting back on track, I think, with my life. I feel like I’m finally gaining control again. Maybe it’s because the school year is just about over and I’m starting to think about all that I want to do. I’m also starting an online photography class tomorrow! Yay!
Today’s post is going to be short because I want to relax for a little while before I have to go to bed. I hope I can post again within the next day or so though!
Till next time,
Chels
