You know how in the first Hitman game in the World of Assassination trilogy, one of the ways you can kill Claus Strandberg in the Marrakesh level is by having 47 infiltrate the building and drop a giant moose statue onto him?
Well, I myself managed to get that achievement a few days ago in my first playthrough of the WoA trilogy pack, and as a result, I think I've just realised why the piano fell onto Jonathan at the end of The Cornley Drama Festival Part 2 in The Goes Wrong Show, or - more to the point - who was behind it happening...
