She had just been catching up with Cullen, and the pep talk she had given herself while crossing the walkway back to the main building had made her confident she would take the correct path back to the main hall.

And she had. She was just a floor above Varric instead. 

“Maker’s breath!” Kaitlyn sighed. Could she jump? It would certainly be quicker. No, no, best to find her way down. She turned from the banister and caught sight of a mage in white robes. Ah, perhaps she could help.

“Hello!” She stepped forward, all smiles and cheer. “This is going to sound rather silly. I got a bit... turned around. Could you direct me to the way down to the main hall? A certain just misses me so much.”

Vivienne is an incredibly difficult and complex character to understand and work with-- so hella fuckin’ respect for having the guts to RP her, man, wow. I admit to having a lot of difficulties with Viv in-game, but I still love her, and her whole design (sofuntodraw love her facial structure so mUCH she’s amazing). 

In any case, you appear to have her down pat, each nuance and structure, and the words you write as her-- I could hear her say literally everything I’ve seen you write as her, wow. You have her voice, you have her essence and I’m very very much in awe of that. 

Congratulations on a truly amazing blog and a truly beautiful portrayal. I hope to see a lot more of you, now, and hope to keep getting inspired by how you write.

Do I Ship Our Muses?: Not right now. With Kaitlyn’s choices and pro-magey-ness, I see them ending up as more rivals, maybe strained friends, grudging respect?

10. What would your tarot card look like?

=D So her theme actually has her default tarot card. The 5 of Cups. [Here] it is in its full glory. I got it commissioned and you can find the credits on my update tab. I think that card really captures that moment in her life, post-DA2 and up to Inquisition. Loss and difficulty and dealing with that loss, not noticing what she still has left. There’s more on it [here]. 

25. Opinion on Mages versus Templars?

She’s so pro-mage Vivienne will hate her immediately I’m sure >_> Not to mention the fact that she was an accomplice to helping to start the mage rebellion (and then went on to help mages and Circles rebel post DA2). She would definitely side with Fionna and be utterly appalled at what Alexius had done, and was trying to do, and then at the end of it be allies with the mages.

And then feel bad for Alexius cause he was doing this for his son.
