Day 24 - Homebound Habits
The other day, a friend of mine in Virginia had the creative/horrific idea of showing each other what we look like now that we stay home all the time, and then give ourselves a makeover for some “before and after” photos. I did NOT find this to be a great idea, given my recent lack of grooming. It also got me thinking about what other bad habits people might have picked up. Here is a list I have compiled. Some are my bad habits, some are other’s... not naming names.
wearing pajamas all day, wearing the same clothes for multiple days, wearing the same underwear for days, wearing the same socks for days, not wearing a bra, not wearing make-up, not washing hair, not shaving, not cutting hair, putting on earrings so the holes don’t close up, wearing sweats, not styling hair, just to name a few
However, having said that, I have decided to also use this time to focus on some good things like working on toning my arms and improving my flexibility. Also, I am spending more time on skin care and using up various products I have accumulated over the years.
