Quarantine Day 8                         Day 7 was shit

It´s a day. That´s all I have for yesterday. And it seems, it will continue. 

But today, I successfully felt extremely sad and angry about all the weak sides I have. When I was done feeling those and getting more upset, cause I didn´t know what to do with them, I reached out to a friend who was offering help. It was great. Feeling love and understanding in an e-mail is the best thing to perceive these days! I also feel, that even we have only screens, there is an energy communicated through screen that can be felt. I personally have even tested, that if I write “Hello, how are you?” people can feel if I am distant, happy, angry, neutral. 

Maybe I should write a little article about the energy being communicated trough e-mails, headline (WT): emotions supressed but expressed - online communication! I can already see it (as a book) on the Spiegel Bestseller List.

So I feel a bit better now, had a fight with the director I am working with, but solved it, got a nice message from a friend and overall wonder, if this virus is creating a general depression lying in the air.

Even the Edeka workers seem depressed now. I should give them a real smile, next time I buy something, they are doing such a great job. If I have the courage, I will tell them, I can already feel their smile , ohh that would be so nice!

Goodnight weird world.

P.S.: Maybe the whole US is gonna die because  of the virus and in the history books it will say “there was this president, who fucked up a whole nation” Ok, I won´t really imagine that.
