Circumcision, I get. I am TOTALLY on board. I don't think it is necessary. I don't think it should be a standard procedure done anywhere. And most people who are somewhat educated on the topic, agree. But at the end of the day, while feminism is about equality, it is still ultimately a movement focused on women. Circumcision wasn't something feminists came up with! It became a normal US procedure because of a Catholic male doctor who thought it would stop boys from masturbating. It was religious, patriarchal values that made circumcision a thing!
