Wooo! I am on a roll today! Here’s Capricorn! Corrupted Nathaniel. I started this piece while I was close to the end of my first freshman year and now I have finally finished it. I have a few more designs to finish but here is Capricorns official design Nathaniel wields the corrupted Miraculous of Passion and so he is greedy for things he does not need. He is constantly drinking wine while smoking a strange cigarette. All I have left is Marc, Alix, and Rose.

We’ll be seeing more of the corrupted holders next chapter.

Corrupted Rabbit Miraculous holder Alix! Meet Wenet, based of the Egyptian moon goddess. Wenet’ s concept design was originally white with red colors added but she still looked like a normal rabbit holder so instead of white lets try black! I definitely love the black over the white version. Out of all my characters design this one if my favorite, we’ll be seeing a lot of her soon~

The corrupted kwamis.

Ah, if the corrupted kwamis interacted with canon:

Well, the corrupted kwamis are free from the rules of their Miraculous they would immediately find canon Marinette and be happy because all they wanted was to be free and go home with Marinette. They would of course say hello to their chosen but also if they saw everything with the Lila situation and they would be very disappointed.

Trixx would definitely punish Lila for 1 mocking and copying his Miraculous and 2. harming the Guardian.

Marinette would be revealed to be Ladybug and while some corrupted kwamis would stay behind with the Gurdain some went to find Monarch and kill him.

Then they would try to trick their Guardian to wear their corrupted Miraculous so they can corrupt her.

Kaalki would expose Adrien as chat Noir and the kwamis would try to corrupt both of them.

The corrupted Kwamis would then take over Paris while trying to capture their chosen and corrupt them so they have a host.

This would be a pretty cool side story though...

In your "Corrupted Kwamis: Wrath of the Gods" you mentioned that the Kwamis have territories, and I was curious about what those territories would look like. I could the Kwamis warping the reality of their territories to change their environment to what they desire. I have a few guesses off the top of my head. For Pollen, I can see her territory being a mix of a beehive and a jungle where everything tries to kill the people in it, and those who survive it get taken over by Pollen and become the predators. For Ziggy, I could see his territory being a swamp with rivers of paint (to go with the painting theme of Genesis) that is actually the stolen passion of Ziggy's victims. Longg's could be an ocean where a huge storm is constant. Trixx's territories could be constantly covered in fog that creates illusions to torment those in it.

Thank you for asking about it! Due to the freedom the kwamis have Paris is split into territories that the holders and kwamis control. Since Marinette loves Paris so much the kwamis don’t really change anything other than placing palaces in each parts of their territories. Now for the outside word, that’s a whole different story. If you want to live a some what normal life then stay in Paris but outside of Paris it is a kill or be killed zone. The kwamis warp the outside world to their own design but Paris is not touched. The only thing different about Paris is the fact the sky is now red and sun is eclipsed at all times.

What made you decide on the design choices you made on the corrupted kwamis? What inspired their design?

Oh man, I’ve had these designs for ages now, their concepts we’re already fully planned out in my mind. How do I explain this, I fully visualize everything that I’m gonna draw or write. It goes from concept art to official design and then into official scenes and stories. I wanna be a character designer in the future and so I’m getting used to doing concept art and then doing official art. But I store away the design ideas in my mind and when I have free time I draw them and go through various color choices. All while doing research too. The whole point of their designs is to show that they’re not Akumatized but corrupted which is supposed to be worse than Akumatization.

I’m currently in the making of another story with Akumatized hero’s so I get to draw Akumatized Kwamis instead and then you’ll see the difference between corruption and Akumatization. But everything is already planned out I just need the time and patience to draw it.
