How does Heiji feel about being the only person that not only knows that Conan is Shinichi but actually acknowledging the fact that he is trans.

I feel like he would go 'Surely the smart girl that also got shrunk would notice right?Nope apparently it's a whole emotional unpacking that she doesn't want to deal with either'

And decided at one point to just go fuck it we need to talk about Kudo acknowledging that he is trans.

i do think after a while of this hattori a little bit starts to feel like he's living in the matrix or something. because like, on the one hand, he does have more information than almost every-one else: knowing that conan and shinichi are the same person, and having confronted conan in the way he did when conan really wasn't expecting it. also knowing that trans people exist. so.... with that in mind, it makes sense that he's the only person who knows? but on the other hand.... it's so obvious. once you have all of the information it's literally so obvious. conan's not even that good at lying. come on.

and, even though he figured it out himself, i do think that hattori is really honoured to be someone that conan trusts with all of this! he is conan's Best Friend (and currently the only person conan can really talk to about the gender aspect of his current situation) and he takes that really seriously and is very proud of it.

however.... hattori is still hattori. so there's a decent amount of interactions like this:

he's just not that good at remembering how much information the people around him have before he says stuff...... in order to combat this, he has invented an entirely fictitious Other Best Friend named kudo who's a guy who none of you would know he lives overseas don't even worry about it.

as for talking to conan about coming out.....

Villainess Isekai question, how did everyone react to the fact that the Kaito they knew their whole lives was actually someone else after Kaito created a body for that person?

Also how did Kaito who was a soul managed to make the body?

Tbf for a while, the only people who do know/realize that Kaito and Shinichi are different people are Hakuba, Ran, and Ayumi; since Shinichi!Kaito interacted with Hakuba and Ran when they were all children (but neither were present when Shinichi!Kaito gets falsely accused of harassment and attempted murder; Hakuba is the Master of the Magic Tower and was busy; and Ran is a knight and away from the capital at that time) and Ayumi is Kaito's half-sister in this au (also not present due to her not being of age).

Hakuba and Ran would clock immediately that Kaito isn't Shinichi and be curious (and worried) over what happened. Ayumi doesn't meet Kaito again until Shinichi already has his body, but also immediately knows Shinichi was the brother who interacted with her beforehand. All other allies pretty much only met Kaito and even though he tried to mimic Shinichi's behaviors as him, he would still be different enough that when they meet Shinichi, they're like "Oh, so that's why he's like that".

As for the, uh, inconsequential characters and the antagonists, they pretty much just figure that the charges made him snap. No one really connects the dots about Shinichi, other than Eisuke, Sera, and Okuda, who are all confused about what is going on. There probably would be some calls about witchcraft, but considering that Shinichi is the proper saint, it would be considered another one of their false charges. 👀

It got long there, but pretty much: the one who matter (Hakuba, Ran, Ayumi) are worried at first over Kaito's "change" but get an explanation (of sorts) of what happened so they understand. While the other characters are essentially left in the dark, even if they do connect the dots.

As for how Kaito made the body: he gets back control of his own body first. Shinichi takes a backseat due to the shock, frustration, and betrayal of Eisuke, Sera, and Okuda siding with the MC over him. So Shinichi isn't the one driving the body anymore.

Kaito takes on the quest that the MC of the game is supposed to do to save the world and in doing so, gets a wish from the goddess of purification. He obviously uses that wish to get a body for Shinichi: he can grow a new one by planting a special mana stone that absorbs energy from its surroundings and from Kaito's blood and mana to make a new body for Shinichi.

I just realised that in Trans Conan au Conan when turning back into Shinichi will probably have to explain why the hell is his hair now short as hell.

Does he like wear a wig or just goes 'I'm uhhh trying out a new hair style?' and everyone just goes with it.

i think probably when he's actually Prepared to re-shinichi, (ie when he's using a temporary antidote) he'd get a wig or something like that. he has to keep up appearances!! but... the first time.... well. there isn't a whole lot of time to find a wig when you're dying of the common cold and also alcohol a random guy gave you AND you have to solve this murder. so...

he's totally fine don't worry about it.

Would Conan envy Sera since she gets mistaken as a boy often?

Also would he as Shinichi asked her for fashion choices to look more masculine?

he is absolutely envious. more than that, he is Taking Notes. he will figure out how she does it and then he too will be able to be passively perceived as a guy

as for the second question i dont think?? hes ever met her as shinichi??? could be wrong, im still working my way through detco. even if he did i think... probably not. he is not quite ready to come out of the closet and asking about fashion tips to look more like a guy could lead to awkward questions like "why do you want to look more like a guy?"

Question about your trans Conan not so au au because it's very interesting.

Does Conan ever turn back into his teenself even though it ment having to detransition for Ran.

How did his parents react to him being well him?

How is his relationship with Haibara now since I'm not sure if Conan would be obsessed with trying to turn back since it ment he would have to be a girl again.

If the canon characters still find out that Conan secret how would they react?

oooh i love talking about my trans conan au!!!! ehe ^-^ to answer your questions in order:

conan absolutely does turn back into his teenself and essentially de-transitions in order to talk to ran/solve mysteries/all the various things he has to do. (for clarity for this next part - i havent invented a deadname for him in this au, and i dont currently intend to. i use "kudo shinichi" to refer to him as his pre-transition teen girl self. sorry if thats confusing) he essentially views being "kudo shinichi, girl detective" as this responsibility that hes shirking by being conan. he knows about all of the people and responsibilities that he had to abandon when he got shrunk, and even though he can rationally understand that it wasn't really his fault, he feels incredibly guilty about it, even more so when a very large part of him enjoys being conan. so yeah, he will un-shrink himself when the situation necessitates it, but it makes him very uncomfortable, and that feeling gets worse and worse the longer he spends being able to present as a boy as conan.

almost every-one in this au who knows he's actually shinichi are under the impression that being a boy is just a part of his conan disguise. (with the exception of hattori, who did actually manage to put it together and then had a compounded sexuality crisis and a oh-god-was-i-being-transphobic?? crisis immediately afterwards) so his parents don't know that there's anything trans going on. mostly, his mom is really proud that he's taking after her in the way of disguises.

his relationship with haibara is just about as complicated as his relationship with his own gender. as i mentioned before, he sees being a girl detective as a responsibility, a role he has an obligation to fulfill. so he's extremely determined to go back to his teen self, because that's the Responsible Thing To Do. if he didn't try to go back to the way things were, he would be being Selfish and Lazy and a Bad Friend and Person. but he also kind of.... doesn't want to go back. because it's actually really nice to be able to present as a boy publicly and have people unquestionably accept that. but that makes him feel even guiltier for all of this which makes him double down on Needing To Go Back. to loop this incredibly complicated emotional disaster back around to your actual question - haibara initially finds conan (and his insistence that he Needs A Cure As Soon As Possible Now Now Now) pretty annoying? annoying and naive. she eventually mellows on him, and is currently like.... 70% sure he has some weird gender stuff going on but isn't quite sure how to ask? that sounds like it would lead to a Big Emotions Conversation that she is not equipped to have. so she just doesn't say anything.

I haven't actually thought that far ahead tbh?? like i don't really have an Ending for this au set up. i dont really think most of the detco cast would be transphobic (and if they were it would be born more out of ignorance than malice) so a good part of it would probably be similar to how they would react if non-au conan's secrets got revealed. which would probably be Poorly. it's not that he's trans, it's that he lied to every-one in his life for months or years and just watched as his family and friends worried about him endlessly while he was right there. which is an understandable thing to be mad about. (if this question was about the canon characters who figure out his secret, i think i mostly answered that in an above entry)
