Crash Headcanon #9

In honor of @cortexscommandos

Winnie was created before the Titan Project, yet after the adventure in MotorWorld. In the same vein of Techa as an assistant, Winnie was a test for the production of lesser minions, such as Ratnicians. 

Deemed a success for the process, she was put in charge of Minion Management, and overlooks all the lesser enemies Crash has to deal with. Cortex doesn't consider her general material, but more like a crazy den mother or something.
