Pizza: 1 slice cheese from Corvino’s 1 slice old times beef from wallys

Temperature: Reheated in air fryer

Thoughts: The cheese was excellent. It once again had a good cheese pull and the sauce level and flavor was perfect. The crust was beautifully crispy. I loved it.

The old times beef was on the opposite end of the spectrum. For the second day in a row I didn’t finish the slice. The cheese turned into a gooey slime with the consistency of the fake nacho cheese. It was gross. Which was unfortunate because the dough and the crust was beautifully heated and crispy. It’s also too bad that the first slice of Old Times Beef and the last slice of Old Times Beef we’re so disappointing. This was also the last slice of the order I made on Saturday night. So I am done with pizza for a couple of days probably...

Breakfast:

Pizza: 1 slice cheese from Corvino’s

Temperature: Cold

Thoughts: I’m glad this pizza is almost done as it’s getting to the end of its life cycle. The crust is inedible cold. It’s just a massive hard crusty brick that would shatter my teeth and rip apart the roof of my mouth and gums. So I’m going to microwave it in a bit and eat it with my lunch. The cheese was still very flavorful. There wasn’t a lot of sauce on it so it was a little dense and not ideal. But I enjoyed eating what I did.

Lunch:

Pizza: 1 slice old times beef from wallys 1 slice green pepper and jalapeño from Fat Katz

Temperature: Old times beef: microwaved Green pepper and jalapeño: air fryer

Thoughts: The old times beef failed spectacularly in the microwave. The soft doughy crust mixed with the tender beef, with microwaved onions all combined to make just a smelly mush of bad. It might be because I ate the cheese slice 90 minutes earlier, but I didn’t finish the entire slice. I left about two and a half bites of it.

The green pepper and jalapeño was once again very good. Again it wasn’t cooked completely evenly. There were still some solid bits of cheese that weren’t melted. But it was still good.
