This man didn't need to go so hard on Cosmic fear Garou design but dayum.

I have a theory that this is a design for if Garou had happened to accept God's deal, embraced it and become fully imparted by his powers, intead of just slapping his hand away.

Becoming a being so fully enveloped by cosmic energies that he becomes near immaterial like some sort of void lord.

Extremely cool design.

Pretty sweet and very well animated with english dubbing. Highly recommended to give this a watch.
