The Daleks’ robotic roared out in anger as they were flying over the abandoned city. The people were hiding out of fear in the buildings, but they weren’t the Daleks’ targets. Their main focus was on a small boy who was trying to outrun them. As the boy turned into the alleyway, he stopped to catch his breath. But he couldn’t stop for long. The Daleks would soon reach him. He had no choice but to keep running down the alleyway. Hoping to himself that there was a place to hide.

“Easy Aurora....Easy.....”

The young time lady had to keep telling herself as she stumbled upon a group...no, an entire nest of Adipose. Trying so desperately to step around them without stepping on them. Which was harder than she thought. Especially when they were sleeping and a few rolled onto her foot, making it harder to move further to get to the other side of the playground. She would have to carefully slip her foot out to not disturb them and try to keep moving slowly.
