Cosplay/Modeling Questions

How did you get the name handle/gamertag: The Judge Death name nickname I presume? Well from a comic I read many years ago and I drew him a lot after that and other people started calling me for JD, short for Judge Death, fitting nickname to me hehe.

  You have been cosplay/modeling for a while now. What got you interested in cosplay/modeling?

Well, I havent cosplayed a lot, rather just started! Well with the Judge Death costume it was more of a dream I´ve had for a long time which started after I readed one Judge Dredd comic, since I´m a gamer I always wanted to cosplay as well.

Who is your favorite photographer?

Constantine Morte easily, he is the person who took the amazing photos of the Judge Death suit! I´m Not that into photographing sadly.

What are your obsessions?

Working, gaming, drawing, history, movies and horror and Judge Dredd(Judge Death mostly)

What Cosplay do you have planned for the future?

Some other of the Dark Judges and then we´ll see, some ideas for normal gaming icons like: General M Bison perhaps.

What is your dream cosplay (if you had unlimited finances and time to pull it off)

Hmmm, Green Goblin in a working glider could be a nice sight?

Questions for the builder

How did all of this start?

It all started whrn I decide to do something different for work. I started HHS.

Have it been a challenge to make this suit and how was it like to make?

It was a a HUGE challenge. I had to figure out how to make all the parts work. Building it was a JOY!!… once id figured it all out. I just went for it.

What part was the hardest to make of this suit?

The shoulder carriod – dead bird?? — that took ages. It has to be light, flexible and wearable. Not easy.

Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your studio, your work seem amazing to say the least?

Im from the UK, and trained as a graphic designer…but have always loved making stuff. Im crazy about horror movies, STAR WARS and metallica.

Since the suit is now finished, what could we expect to see from you two in the future?

We are planning to continue. With the next project being judge Mortis. We also then want to shoot some short film after the summer with them both.

Geek/Video Game Questions

What was your first video game (when, and what console)?

Donkey Kong country to Snes, still have it and love it!

What was your first Table-Top game (and when)?

Hole in one golf I think in 1996?

What is your favorite video game?

I cant chose! Have so many video games I love.

What is your favorite type of video game? (rpg, fps, etc)

Depends on how I feel but normally Strategy or plattformer.

When did you first realize that you were a geek/nerd?

When I werent like the other kids at my first school day! Instead of playing football or sports I prefered to play games.
