what are y’all’s predictions for the game tonight? i wanna know what the general consensus is!

i think this game’s gonna come down to the wings’ interior defense, the mystic’s perimeter defense, and who has the most bench production.

defense: the mystics have one of the most impressive front courts in the league. our interior defense is gonna have to hold strong and limit second chance points, as they’re also 2nd in rebounds/game.

dallas has the chance to put up a lot of threes tonight. the mystics allow 31.3 3pt attempts/game (slightly inflated because of the fever game, but point still stands)

difference makers: maddy siegrist, cotie mcmahon, azzi fudd

bold take: maddy siegrist’s minutes are gonna be what wins or loses this game. she gives us a spark that no other player can, if she plays like she has been we’re in good shape.

cotie has been high volume/high production for the mystics, which i expect her to continue to be tonight. she’s gonna come out hard and make the most of her minutes.

this is a perfect game for azzi to shine, if rotations allow her to. she’s gonna come out hype in front of her home team and look for her midranges and cuts to the basket. if the right sets and actions are used she can get some 3s in the air tonight as well.
