hello !! just wanted to pop in and say this is a very valid symptom. thigh ‘cramps’ are usually a symptom of Adenomyosis - another menstrual condition. with knowledge comes power, and getting tested/diagnosed might help you understand your body more ❤️‍🩹

pill anon here, yeah i also have horrendous cramps. i would pass out and throw up in school. i recently found out i have endometriosis, you should look into it (and get yourself a female gyn)

same thing here I missed an awful lot of days due to it. I also get really bad cramps mainly on my thighs? I dunno if you could relate to that but ngl I should’ve got a gyn long time ago and your lowk influencing me to do it for real.

idk where you are in the world but take aleve (naproxen) and you’re not supposed to take it sooner than every 8 but if it starts to wear off after/around hour 4, take ibprofen, and then another aleve pill at hour 6. if this is your first time taking aleve, you may want to take a second pill within the first hour if it doesn’t kick in at all after like 30-45 min
