i do think it's fun to think of like,, minor differences between loop/saapfrin and sif sometimes,,,

before the king started freezing vaugarde, they both dyed their hair lightless to try and fit in better (neither could remember why their hair glowed/sparkled, they kind of just assumed they used body craft to make it like that and forgot about it lmfao)

worked great for loop. you could barely even tell their hair glowed at all after. saapfrin's hair has more dye because they kept up with it and only stopped once things with the king got bad enough that something like dyeing their hair got pushed pretty far down on the list of priorities. in a no loops au, they'd probably go back to dyeing their hair again pretty fast.

for siffrin, however, it only made the glittering a lot more noticeable lmfao. way easier to see bright sparkles against a black background than a white background. he wants to grow out the dye as fast as possible lol they would not do that again (maybe post-canon after figuring out why his hair is sparkly they'd keep dyeing the ends? definitely not fully lightless again though)

I wanna maybe draw this out at some point, but,,, a thing floating around in my head in the middle of the first interaction between siffrin and loop:

Loop (teehee 3): Then use They/It for me. I'm sure you'll be thinking about me all the time, so you might as well know what pronouns to use!

Siffrin: (Yeah, better know this one's pronouns so that you can think very clearly in your head that it's getting on your nerves.)

Loop (fake shocked): My, how rude, stardust! Not even capitalizing my pronouns?

Siffrin (awkward): "What-?"

Loop (lol 4): I know your memory's bad, but you at least know what I am, don't you?

Siffrin (um 1): "...A star?"

Loop (lol 2): Yes! And I'm pretty sure it's common knowledge to capitalize a deity's pronouns.

Siffrin: (...How do They know you weren't?)

I do think it's important to mention with this that Loop would not make anyone else do this. act five and post-canon it'll be talking to the party and does not make a single one of them capitalize their pronouns. only Sif has to do that lmfao
