Crosshair and his cohort pass by and we linger until there is this clear shot of him. The perspective then shifts to a high angle as he turns and enters the elevator. How are we feeling my dear Dannie?!

I’m uh! I’m good! Very good, but a bit in shock! I feel a bit like a long lost relative burst into my apartment at midnight… I usually enjoy coming on to see all the reactions but there’s so much negativity, though I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised because hey, it’s Dan!

I’m feeling very excited!! but also quite nervous because BIG did a real number on me emotionally and - am I ready for that again? Even with 8 months warning (assuming that’s how long it ends up being, if that wasn’t a placeholder, maybe it’ll be fuckin 8 weeks)? Will I ever be ready?? But! I’m looking forward to whatever it is because he’s obviously put his heart and soul into it, like he does with everything he does, and while I might still have lingering, um, thoughts about how he handles his hiatuses it doesn’t stop me being happy for him and proud of him.

But I am definitely more in staring-into-the-middle-distance-looking-gormless levels at the moment rather than bouncing-off-the-walls squee. I just can’t believe a Thing is actually happening. It’s very surreal :o :o
